photoblog image Where do people go?

Where do people go?

A rare moment..... Me standing on a pier  on the shore of the surinameriver at 6 in the morning with a good friend of mine mourning the death of her dog. While standing there waiting for the sunrise this fella just kept us company. Me being a doglover i paid extra attention to the expressions on his face and i noticed that all this time he kept focusing on the people bording the boats.

I personally like this picture and i posted it not only because of that but also because of the positive comment i got from Rafael Chan who helped (and still helps) me a great deal on tips on composition.

Hope that he joines us soon cause he got a HD full of nice shots!

Good narrative shot, Fausto!
Fausto Fraser: Thanks for the comment Dave. I like pictures that tell a story. Hope to get better at it very soon!
Hey Great shot, lovely composition, nicely done fausto, and yes I do hope Rafael joins us too, actually i thought he had 2 HD's full of nice pictures and imagination to spare for even more smile
Fausto Fraser: THanks for the comment. I have a picture with the same situation like this. The only difference is that this time it is a human who looks at the takeoff of a aircraft. Thinking of posting that one for sure!
Nice choice Fausto,
if you could've captured the dogs eye (lit), it would make this pic perfect, but being next to perfect and with your amazing ability to learn quickly, i suspect you'll need not to worry wink

Thank you guys for the compliments!
Please note that I'm eager to receive some comments on my work from you two also smile
Fausto Fraser: Hey...you helped me with composition tips! Thank u for the effort. And you helped me pick this picture...good choice..smile
Thank you my friend, for being there for me when I lost my dog. Now, looking at your photograph reminds me how inspiring and mysteriously it is to see a new perspective of life that stops somewhere but nevertheless continues.
Fausto Fraser: Your are welcome! Always there whenever it is needed as long as possible. See what photography can accomplish? See you soon....
